Moving past social differences

Sitting in the corner,
An inconsequential being to most,
A hunched apperance is overlooked,
Neither possessing notriety or popularity,
Neither heathen nor do-gooder,
Not fitting in within any stereotypical circle,
Day spent reviewing expository essays on sociology,
A lonely road;
Where one can be made to feel unworthy of human connection,
An inane life then,
To be tranformed into meaning now,
All find their soul tribe,
All shine when they find their own bright light,
Learnt to be assertive about what’s right,
Not letting others be set aside,
For most crave social stimulation alike,
Diversions are cast when differences cause fear to some,
So here is to unity and confronting the contradictions that arise in some.
